What we're doing to keep you safe

We know that COVID-19 is on everyone’s mind right now, and we prioritize the health and safety of our community. Here are some steps we are taking to keep our team and patients safe: 

  • While we always clean and disinfect our equipment for every patient, you may notice us wiping down surfaces to disinfect them often throughout the day (chairs, doorknobs, tabletops, pens, etc.)
  • We are asking our patients who have traveled out of the country in the last 14 days or who feel ill and have a cough, fever, or shortness of breath to please reschedule your appointment.
  • We ask that those we can come alone to their appointment do so, but we know that some patients will require a driver or other assistance. Please bring no more than one individual if needed.
  • If you prefer to wait in your vehicle until we are ready to start your exam (instead of our waiting room), please call us at 865-966-9182 to let us know you have arrived. We will let you know if we are ready for you then, or we will give you a call when we are.
