The cost of your surgery will depend on the options you chose for your procedure. Check with our Surgical Coordinator to discuss your options. If you are seriously considering refractive surgery or other vision correction procedures and want to make your treatment as affordable as possible, we have provided a variety of payment options for your convenience:

• Credit Card – We accept full and/or partial payments with these major credit providers: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
• Cash & Money Orders – We also accept payments in cash or with money orders. A receipt of payment will be generated for your records.
• Flex Spending Account – You should also find out if your employer's flexible spending account can be used to pay for LASIK surgery. These tax-advantaged accounts are funded through your tax-free payroll deductions and help pay for health expenses not covered by your health plan.
